The most energetic place of the island is just across our finca. Overlooking the turquoise sea and the gigantic rocks   "Es Vedra" you can relish the breakfast. You´ll feel this special energy at once! This can not be beat! On the roof terrace or at the other wonderful places in nature, we will enjoy our  daily yoga sessions.  Flexible we plan  several walks to fantastic natural places. Meditations, impressive perception- and awareness exercises give you a lot of opportunity to deeply listen to you, feel you and the nature very intensive. Be open that the stunning nature of this island bring you in the rest. Here you can truly relax, unwind and you allowed to start to dream again.  This is even necessarily desirable! The visit to the hippy market in San Carlos gives you the possibility to admire many home-made things and also to buy some extraordinary gifts.  Tradition is, that local drummer weekly meet on Benirras beach and drums together. This particular atmosphere now attracts infinitely many people. We give you the chance to be part of this vibes. A visit to the Dalt Vila (Ibiza Old Town) is connected to our program. This we will connect with a cozy dinner at a Spanish restaurant. A delicious BBQ with healthy treats we serve you on our finca. Meanwhile you can totally relax with the view to the unique sunset at "Es Vedra". In the other evenings we will stop where the excursion or a hiking tour take us. You have the opportunity to taste the fantastic local dishes. Of course, you have enough time to visit the nearby beach, to jump into the crystal clear sea or you with withdraw in nature. The most important thing is your well this week. The focus is ….arrive, take a deep breath, let go, purify the mind, remove blockages, refuel energy, eat healthy. One week later you `ll fly back home in amental and physical balance and a lot of new power. Yoga Yoga is more than fitness and health. Yoga is a harmonization of body, mind and soul. Through physical exercises, phases of deep relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation can attain concentration, vitality and at the same time an attitude of inner serenity. We are not only the body, not just breathing, not only spirit. We are a whole. Where everything is together in a vibrant connection.
